At least 50% of our business is planning private cruises, vacations and tours for our clients. This can range from a quick trip to Mykonos to a Grand Tour of South America to a cruise in the Amazon and anything in between. It can be completely overland, a select cruise or a combination of cruise and tour.
Although we prefer to take some time to plan and execute your travel arrangements, we can put together quite complicated trips in record time, if necessary. But on average, we take 3 weeks to 3 months to plan important trips.
The cost depends on where you want to stay, which cruise line you want to take and what you want to do while on vacation. The cost also is dictated by whether you want to drive yourself or have a private driver. A ballpark figure for planning starts at $500 per person per day for an overland trip.
