JIM SMITH
A veteran of 30 years in the travel industry, Jim began his career as an international tour manager, leading Europeans and Americans around the globe. His career includes 4 world cruises aboard the Queen Elizabeth II where he served as interpreter in French, Spanish & Portuguese for American Express Travel, 10 years as a cruise director and expedition leader aboard private expedition vessels, and nearly another decade as an executive for an exclusive educational tour company where he designed and operated programs worldwide for the Smithsonian Institution, National Geographic On Tour, the Harvard Alumni Assocation, the Association of Yale Alumni and many other non-profit organizations. Jim has traveled to more than 3/4 of the countries on the planet. His main desire is to share his world travel experience with his gay brothers and sisters and create travel experiences that truly make a difference in their lives. |
MIGUEL KELLY
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Miguel entered the travel industry through the hotel industry as Assistant Manager of the - then new - Cesar Park Hotel in Buenos Aires. He came to the United States in the early 90's where one of his first jobs was international tour manager for a major US educational travel company. Miguel has travelled extensively in Asia (he particularly loves Myanmar & China!) and has escorted many of Coda's trips to Europe, Asia and South America. When he is home, he cares for his 4 adorable miniature schnauzers!

DAN CLARY
Dan grew up in Arizona and moved to New York City in the 90's to manage a major national chain restaurant. Still managing a restaurant in South Florida, Dan escorts many of Coda's tours around the world. Among hs favorite destinations are Tahiti and the Greek Islands, especially Mykonos. Dan's special contributions to Coda include a sparkling personality and Swiss-clock control of a schedule. Dan is partnered with Miguel and shares the care and love of their schnauzers.

RUSSELL COOK
Russell is our design guru and spends most of his time working at a major ad agency in New York City. When not designing, Russell entertains New York crowds with his cabaret act. Most recently he could be seen at The Metropolitan Room and Town Hall. Russell has designed for Coda since we opened our doors in 1998, creating our website, brochures and corporate look.
